I have a booking agent/use AirBnB so why do I need a website?

Plus, it’s the best marketing tool you can get - people love to research and this is your opportunity to say everything you want to say to sell your place. It gives your business a professional edge and helps it stand out from the crowd.
How do I know which package I need?
There are 2 factors this will depend on – your budget and your needs. If budget is the key factor the package you choose will be price dependent and we will work your website to fit that. If you have an idea of what content and pages you would like to have on your website then it will become clear which package works best for you. We can discuss this when we chat at the outset.
How long will it take to complete my website?
The million-dollar question! It depends on lots of factors such as which package you choose, the complexity of your requirements, what’s on our work list at the time and how available you are to work with us to get the info needed and to approve the work as we go.
We will be able to give you an idea of a schedule from our side when we take on your project.
Can I upgrade my package if I need more than I originally thought?
Of course, that’s no problem. At any point during the web build process, if you decide you need more content than originally thought, we can move you up to the next package.
Can you revamp my existing site?
Yes, in theory we can. It will depend on the platform it’s on, whether there is a content management facility attached to it so we can access the back-end, and of course, what changes you need. We’re very happy to take a look and advise you.
Do I get to see how the project is developing as the site is being built?
Yes, as the website is built we offer a staged approval process - an opportunity for you to make any changes you would like. The number of approval stages will depend on the package and the complexity of the site.
What about SEO’s, Google Search and all the techy stuff to get my site registered and ranking on search– do you provide that?
It takes years for a website to get a high ranking on Google. This is key for making your website more easily found by users. As part of our build process we ensure that your website has all the fundamental SEO elements required to ensure it can be found by Google and other search engines.
Can you show me how to amend and update my site myself?
Yes, we offer 3 options on this:
1. A written “how to” guide covering all the main things you need to know to make basic changes – all packages get this as part of the price
2. A Power Hour Tutorial – a personal 1-2-1 guide through the behind the scenes nitty gritty of your website and how to make amends and changes yourself
3. Ongoing online support packages – if you’d rather not make changes yourself, preferring to leave it to us, for a (very!) small monthly fee we are on hand to do it for you – simply email us your requirements and we’ll make it happen.
Can I add new sections to my site at a later date once it’s gone live?
Yes, we are happy to revisit your site and extend or change it. We can give you a separate quote for the work involved in that once we have your brief.
What are your payment terms?
We take 50% at the start and 50% at completion/handover.
Are there any hidden extras?
Our aim is to be as transparent as possible when it comes to pricing. We will give you a written quote for your job which will outline the costs involved. Included in the quote will be a breakdown costing for a domain name cost (if required), business email address cost (if required) and a premium plan web hosting cost from Wix or Wordpress, which are the two platforms we use. These costs are minimal and subject to change/go on offer. We will of course update you with renewals etc. Please note- we DO charge VAT!
